All Factory defective returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please send an email to: cs@rchub.com or call Customer Service at 816-224-2070 between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number will be discarded. In the email containing the RAN, return address and other return information will be given. All refunds are made in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured when returning items. We are not responsible for loss or damage during delivery.
Unopened Sets can be returned under certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.
